As a technician at Mainline, your day-to-day work will involve handling scheduled jobs through our client management software, Inspect Point. You’ve already read an introduction to Inspect Point, and in this module, you will learn how to utilize the software efficiently and professionally. This module covers all the main features of Inspect Point, our standards and expectations for its use, and examples of how to complete inspection reports and work orders to our standards.
