A key component of our company is our shop, as a central hub for all of our parts, and specialty tools. The shop will be visited regularly by our technicians, and have a direct line of communication with our admin team. The shop is managed by our shop foreman who oversees the ordering, and organization of our inventory, and our specialty tool list for technicians to use on the field.
This module will go through the shipping and receiving process, touch on shop organization, as well as how our roster of technicians use the shop to secure the right tools for the job.
